Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If you have lost your card, or suspect that it may have been stolen or used fraudulently, contact us IMMEDIATELY at (217) 773-3319 to have the card frozen.

Travel Notification 

If you plan on traveling far outside your normal travel areas for any reason, we may interpret transactions from those areas as being potentially fraudulent, and place a temporary restriction on your card to protect your funds. To avoid funds availability interruptions on your card, contact us to have location restrictions turned off for your travel dates.
